Matt Loree brings a wealth of experience to CBM as both a licensed Mortgage Broker and a seasoned Realtor with REMAX Bonnyville Realty. Based in Bonnyville, Alberta, Matt has been helping clients find their dream homes and investment properties since 2014 as a Realtor/Associate Broker and expanded his expertise by obtaining his mortgage broker license in 2024. In addition to his dual roles, Matt also runs a large and successful property management division at Remax Bonnyville Realty with over 225 units, offering comprehensive support to homeowners, buyers, and investors alike.

With a passion for helping clients navigate the world of real estate and mortgages, Matt’s diverse skill set allows him to offer a one-stop solution for those looking to buy, sell, or manage properties. Raised in a family deeply rooted in the industry, Phoenix gained early exposure to mortgages and lending, including learning firsthand from her father, a mortgage underwriter with over 20 years of experience. Outside of work, Phoenix enjoys competing in pinball tournaments across British Columbia, playing on her personal collection of machines, reading, and spending time with her cats, Hiro and Spike.

Freddy Cougar proudly serves as the Chief “Fur”ancial Officer at CBM, managing his duties from the comfort of Brad’s home office. As the undisputed ruler of the space, Freddy ensures everything runs smoothly, whether it’s reminding Brad to take a break, batting at office supplies for quality control, or keeping a watchful eye on meetings (from his cozy perch on the desk).

Freddy is known for his sharp instincts and punctuality—especially when it comes to meal times. His responsibilities include boosting team morale, enforcing naptime policies, and making surprise appearances during important virtual meetings. As a master of multitasking, he seamlessly balances his roles of keyboard supervisor and laser pointer chaser.

When he’s not hard at work, Freddy enjoys bird-watching from the window, exploring cardboard boxes, and being Brad’s faithful gaming sidekick.
